Can foreigners own a villa in Phuket?
Foreigners cannot own land directly, but they can own a villa building via a leasehold structure (typically 30 years, renewable) or through a Thai company. We guide every buyer through the legal options transparently and without pressure.
What is included in the monthly rent?
All our rental villas include the pool, gardens, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Electricity and water are usually metered separately. Housekeeping frequency and any additional services are agreed up front in the lease.
How long are your rental contracts?
We offer both long-term (minimum three months, usually annual) and short-term rental agreements. Minimum stays and pricing are listed on each villa's page — contact us for current availability.
What is the deposit and how is it protected?
A standard two-month security deposit is held in our client account and returned within 14 days of lease end, subject to a property inspection. The exact terms are stated clearly in the lease agreement.
Do you manage properties on behalf of owners?
Yes. We offer a full property management service for villa owners — covering tenant sourcing, maintenance coordination, and monthly reporting. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
